Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be permitted on BESPOKE, MADE TO ORDER, PROMOTIONAL / SALE and/or CLEARANCE items.
As per the ECT Act – consumers have a general right to return (a ‘cooling off period’), for seven days after delivery, for any reason, without penalty, but the consumer will be liable for the costs of returning the goods. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have bought from us, please notify us at info@ngozi.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to levy a 5% administration fee for returned orders (to recover transactional costs) as well as the cost of courier (original cost of sending as well as cost of returning) against the credit note issued.
Cancelled orders before dispatch will be refunded taking into account a 5% administration fee (to recover transactional costs).
