Shipping policy

 We make use of The Courier Guy – Economy Road Service.

• Economy to major centres will take approximately 2-3 days.
• Economy to regional areas will take approximately 4-5 days.
• In-store collection is available within 1 to 7 business days.

 

If your product is in stock, it will be shipped and will arrive within 3 days. If you live in an outlying area, then it may take an extra day or two as some routes are not delivered to as often as others.

If your bag is not in stock and you are requesting a Pre-Order. It will take up to two week to be delivered as the bag needs to be produced before shipping.
